Rather than suing the company that allowed someone to use your bank card improperly I suggest that you simply contact the lending institution immediately that you pay on the bank card and contest the charges based upon fraudulemt use of it. Send a confirming e mail to its representative. Such is the customary way of contesting the illegal use of a bank card.
