How do I get property back from ex fiance?
My ex fiance and I have broken up and I have moved out. Some of my larger items (tv,surround sound, etc.) are still at her apartment and I have asked for them back. She says she has no intention of letting me have them. What can I do? Can theft charges be filed against her.

This is a very tough question because although they are your they are at her home and you cannot go get them without having permission to be on the property. I suggest contacting a local matrimonial attorney for a free consultation.
Ask them is there is a way to handle this in TX without getting the police involved. You can than make a phone call and ask the police if they can advise you as the best way to go about getting these items.
You will want to prepare. Locate the receipts and prro that you paid for said items. Make sure you can prove ownership. Than speak to her and explain the recourse you will have if she fails to allow you to get your things
