I am getting divorced an. I need money for moving expenses but my spouse doesn’t want to help me move out. What is his legal responsibility to help me?

Is there in effect a temporary support order from the court as to you concerning your dissolution. I not, then you should look into it.
If you do not have an attorney representing you in your dissolution, then you should consult with one. If you cannot afford a family law attorney, most court systems have programs where people can meet with workers in the program for little or no cost to get questions answered and be pointed in the right direction to proceed.
Right now, if your soon to be ex-husband will not give you money for moving expenses, perhaps a loan from a friend for the move will help you out in the short term.
In any event, you need to get moving on your dissolution to get a temporary monthly support order in effect which may or may not be granted based upon you monthly net income and your soon to be ex-husband's monthly net income.
