if your grandmother's Will has been entered into probate, then it is a matter of public record so anyone has a right to see it. If probate has not yet been opened, then as a grandchild you will be what is known as an "interested party" (i.e. someone who may be named as a beneficiary in the Will. This means that you have a legal right to see it. At this point, you can consult with a local probate attorney as to your situation; they will be in the best position to explain your rights.
