Hello.  There is no known 'master database' of all life insurance policies and beneficiaries.  There is a way for an executor to make a search of certain life insurance policies, for fee.  If you believe you are a beneficiary on a life insurance policy for a deceased person, I recommend you immediately telephone a private attorney for legal advice tailored to the facts of your unique situation.
