I suggest that you try and locate where the father of your child works or resides and from there file a petition for child support. There are services online where you can try and locate someone for a fee such as $25.00 for a 24 hour pass. Another way to locate the father is to retain a private investigator for help.

Once you get the needed information, you should consult with a family law attorney to file the petition for the desired child support.
