The best way to fight the ticket that I presume was for a moving violation is simply attend the hearong for the matter and not pay the fine. Be ready to try the case on your own and be prepared to cross-examine the citing officer if he or she shows up about not seeing you commit the alleged infraction.

Any discussions as to the other officer who allegedly saw you do something improper should be objected to on the grounds of hearsay.
