How do I compel my ex-husband to follow the divorce decree concerning monthly payments?

I was divorced 11 months ago. Under the heading “Further Asset Distribution”, he was to pay me $1200 per month. He has missed 2 months. What do I do to compel him to follow this contractual obligation?

Talk to him. If he is not willing to pay, then you may have to go to the court granting your divorce to file a motion for contempt.
