Yes, if your husband passed away, the will would still have been in effect at his death (assuming it was valid in the first place; i.e properly signed and witnessed); marriage does not automatically change or invalidate a will, but rather a person should affirmative review and amend or revise their will when they get married, to make sure their new spouse gets what he/she wants the spouse to get.
