How can I know on which bank acount my late grandmom made me her beneficiary?
The executor told me that I am a beneficiary of a bank account but she won’t tell me the full details like the name of the bank or where is it located. Probate has been filed under formal administration and I acquired a property through a living trust by checking the Clerk of Court’s website. Where can I get a copy of this trust? Is it possible that the bank account is stated in the trust? Probate was filed 2 years ago and was dischared last 2 month ago. As of now I am trying to get a copy of the probate documents.

I am so sorry for your loss. Probate was discharged and you have yet to hear about the account and your inheritance? Wills are public record when filed but trusts are not. Yet you as a beneficiary should have received a copy. I would speak with a lawyer as soon as you can here. Good luck.
