How can i get a rental vehicle?
I was in an accident that was not my fault. Me and the other driver are covered by the same company. I do not have rental vehicles covered in my policy and my insurance provider is saying ‘no one owes’ me a rental. I still have to get to work what are my options?

If the other driver was at fault (and, as a practical matter, you believe you can prove this in court), you can sue him for the reasonable cost to rent a car similar to yours for a reasonable time (e.g the time it will take to repair your car). The at-fault driver is liable for all the costs provably and logically (so, like having to rent a car, while yours in the shop) coming out of the accident he caused. The fact that you don't have rental coverage does not mean that the at-fault driver does not have to pay; it just means you have to sue him (such as in small claims court, as your own attorney or "pro se") to get the money. If you are going to sue him, also sue him for any other costs not paid by your insurance, such as your deductible.
