How can I file for child custody?
My children were living in a motel with 11 people and I recently opened a parenting plan case and she was served with court papers at the motel 2 weeks ago. She quickly moved in a 690 square feet condo with the kids and they have been in 3 different schools in te last 2 months. Kids are in an unstable environment and poor living conditions.

I suggest that given the living conditions that your children are in and your concerns as to such, you need to immediately consult with a family law attorney to see what your legal recourse and options are and how you should go about it. Most likely the filing of a petition in the local court house would be in order seeking the relief you desire.
