What you are referring to is called an "accounting" of the decedent's estate. If you believe that the Executor has Breached their Fiduciary Duty (and taking money from the estate would qualify as that) then you need to bring a proceeding in Probate Curt to request the accounting. Normally it should be done at the end of the probate but if you have proof that there is goings on now then you can request it. Good luck.
