Squatters have no rights: you have no legal right to stay in the home once you no longer own it (so, after it sold at a foreclosure auction). If you do, the new owner(s) can bring an action for "ejectment" (a legal action to remove a non-tenant) to remove you from the home, and if you don't go then, the sheriff or a court officer will remove you. If you damage anything while there, you can also be sued for the damage you do.
