If I received a traffic ticket but the officer did not describe in which City/Town/Village the offense happened, can the ticket to be dismissed?

Since it is incomplete, can my ticket to be dismissed?

For a "clerical" error such as this, your ticket will not be dismissed; the same as if the officer wrote down the wrong color, make, model of car, etc. Such a mistake is not sufficient enough cause to get case thrown out. Such an administrative mistake is deemed to be harmless and will be corrected by the court.
