If I applied for my married siblings and their spouses and children 7 years ago but recently my father became a US citizen, should he apply for them too?

Or should he be added to the application process to bring my siblings faster here or do we have Any other options for my siblings to get immigration process done faster?

Your father cannot be added to the pending petition as a petitioner; he would have to submit a new petition on behalf of his children and grandchildren but his priority date would be the new filing and not the original filing date of your petition.  With the processing times what they are, you are probably just better off leaving the pending petition as is and having the siblings immigrate on the basis of that petition once the priority date becomes current.
