If I want to buy clothes from shops and then sell them on my own website not claiming I designed or made them, is there a legal problem with this?
I will only say that they are my favorites collected from different locations.

You can re-sell another's clothing or other products, so long as
1 You do what you are doing, and do not claim or imply the products are yours
2 You don't claim or imply that there is some relationship between you and the other companies the shop you bought the clothes from or the manufacturer when no such relationship exists--e.g. you don't claim or imply you are an authorized distributor
3 You don't use the manufacturer's or designer's official trademarks without their permission e.g. you can state that you are selling "Jane Doe's sweater," but don't use the Jane Doe company's registered trademark and
4 You did not sign any contract, terms of sale, etc. when buying the clothing that prevents you from re-selling.
