Will my employer have access to my criminal charges if I have not yet been convicted?

My employment depends on whether or not anything comes up. My court date is set for later this month.

Unless you are a minor the criminal filing against you in the county court house is a public record for any person to review. As such, your employer if he or she finds out about the criminal situation that you are in has the right to pull your criminal file as a matter of course.
