If I got married to a US citizen and came to the states on a visitor’s visa, how do I gbecome legal now?

And how much? I’ve been here for 4 years; we’ve had 2 kids while I was here.

First, you need to file the application for adjustment of status and an alien relative petition along ways and application for employment authorization and all other relevant forms. Then, you will be required to appear for an interview, after you give your fingerprints. If everything goes well, it takes anywhere from 3 to 5 months to process. The immigration filing fees are $1490. I will be glad to help you.  Please contact me directly at [email protected]
