What can I do if I have an an F1 visa but my I 20 will expire in 2 months and I’m getting married to a US citizen next month?

I don’t know how long will take the process to apply and get the temporary visa and I don’t want to stay illegally.

If you get married to a US citizen, you will be able to apply for adjustment of status after marriage and there is no issue with the I-20 expiring before then.  You will be protected.  Just make sure you do not travel internationally until you get your green card.
