You might not be entitled to anything from them: a car dealer, repair shop, etc. is NOT automatically liable for the theft of cars from its lot. It would be liable if you can show that it was stolen due to their negligence or carelessness--that is, fault--such as if they left the keys in it or left the keys somewhere obvious and easily accessible in the office, where anyone could grab them; if they didn't screen employees and had car thieves working there; if they'd had early thefts but despite that, failed to implement any enhanced security; etc. But you have to be able to show that they did something wrong, since in the absence of their fault, they are not resposible for what criminals do.
