Fired During Pregnancy
I was fired during my pregnancy showing that my performance did not meet expectations. My employer knew that I am pregnant. There was a review six months prior to the termination and my boss listed areas where I could improve. I had explained in writing my reasoning. And then one morning I was asked to leave immediately with 2 weeks severance. What are my options? Can I file a law suit?

You should consult an employment lawyer to see if you have a possible law suit for discrimination based on your condition of pregnancy.
If you would like to learn more about your options and the laws regarding discrimination, visit the California Department of Industrial Relations website: http://www.dir.ca.gov/dlse/DLSE-FAQs.htm. There are information resources and links at this site.
