Locating people and their assets once you have a judgement can be a challenge.  Only certain services can run a social security number and that can be costly.  Sometimes the post office will give you a forwarding address if you have court papers to serve but you must produce a copy of the paperwork.  Perhaps service of the judgement can work for you in that regard as well.  If you have their license number sometimes it can be less expensive to run a DMV check.  But really your best bet is a service that does this type of thing for a living.  You can also do the "new fashioned" method by "googling" them on line and seeing if you get any hits.  Good luck.
