If you failed to appear on a driving under the influence charge against you thirteen (13) years ago at your arraignment, most likely there is an outstanding bench warrant for your arrest. To resolve this, I would pull the file against you from thirteen (13) years ago to see what the status is in the county and state where you were arrested.
If there is an outstanding bench warrant, I would then retain an attorney to resolve the outstanding bench warrant and deal with the driving under the influence charge.
