I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this ara of the law. You are not entitled to overtime pay everyday of the week just because you did some overtime work a prior day. Employers can decide who and how much is paid. If an employer does not want you to work OT so he doesnt have to pay you for that time, he is allowed to do that. It is not uncommon for an employer to need a person to work overtime one day and then not need them the next.
