If you were convicted of a federal offense, there really isn't much that you can do as a practical matter to clear or "expunge" your record. However, if you were convicted on state charges then you may be able to expunge your criminal histor record. I say "may" be able to since some states allow for the expungment of a felony and some do not. What you can do now is to check on-line for your state's laws regarding this. Typically they have sites that explain eligibility requirements and provide on-line forms if you are in fact eligible for expungment.
