If I’m an F1 student on good status and the landlord wins the eviction lawsuit,
will an eviction hurt me if I need to renew my visa?

That should not affect your F-1 application but it may affect your credit so you should probably understand what the issue is with the eviction and try to fight it so that it does not cause problems for you in the future with trying to buy or rent housing as well as with other credit needs.
