If I lived and worked in ca. quit my job and moved out of state for 2 yrs. Then moved back but cant find job can I get unemployment?

Probably not. Unemployment insurance is meant to help you out when you lose your job by being fired or being laid off, not when you leave voluntarily. There are some exceptions, such as leaving because of a hostile work environment, but it doesn't sound like that is the case here.
