What to do if during my divorce settlement my ex was given a year to offset the house settlement after he received his tax returns but he didn’t honor this?

The money is to be removed from his 401k but how do I proceed with this?

You have the following motion called enforcement of litigants rights. This is a motion that allows a judge to enforce the agreement, impose sanctions and, possibly, award your attorneys fees that you incurred for the application.

If you want to speak with an experienced attorney who is familiar with these areas of law, call us at 973-562-0100.  Our firm is concentrated in family law and estate planning case.

Good luck.
