Does Wisconsin law permit seller to reject highest bid if one advertises sale of real estate to the highest bidder (no written contract)?

i.e., a real estate auction similar to an E-Bay auction with an unpublished reserve price.

Not sure -- it depends on what site, and what is the prevailing law -- i.e., whose state law -- inside Wisconsin, outside of Wisconsin.  It is not that simple.  What are the underlying circumstances, I don't understand. The auction may be the contract --- it depends on how it is set up.
