Does the realtor’s word legally bound when they say the place is clean and he will tell the owner this, trying to get deposit back?

The owner came over later and said a whole bunch needed to be fixed.
If real estate person’s word meant alot, he shouldn’t be able to come
back with all the fix ups needed.

The realtor does not bind the owner if the owner him/herself did not agree in writing (e.g. by an addendum to a sales contract) to those things. The realtor has no power to bind the person he/she represents; this is why real estate contracts have to be signed by the buyer and seller and not just their realtors, for example.  If the realtor misrepresented anything, which misrepresentation has cost you money, you could potentially sue the realtor.
