Teaching children to swim would be being a "swimming lesson instructor." Unless "swimming lesson program" is defined in the agreement in a way that would not include lessons at a family's home, teaching children to swim is a "swimming lesson program." Teaching someone to swim when that's what your employer does would be to compete with them. It appears that based on what you write, this would be a violation of the noncompeition agreeement.
