Does signing a POA form from my insurance company to have them pay off and get the tittle for my car have anything to do with getting injury pay from the other person’s insurance company?

Or is it 2 separate cases that don’t effect each other?

The car issue with the power of attorney with your insurance company is separate from your personal injury claim against the at-fault party's insurance carrier.  These are separate, unrelated claims not affecting each other even though they may proceed simultaneously.
