Does everyone on a living Trust have to sign for the trustee to sell a home that not all yet want to sell?

I want a chance to buy the house from my siblings and there are 6 of us and only 1 maybe 2 who are not willing to wait.

The answer to your question is what does the living trust say? Ordinarily the trustee has the right to sell a property in trust without approval of its beneificaries unless the trust states otherwise. Read the trust agreement and most likely you will find your answer.
