If your husband has no surviving children (or their descendants), parents, brothers/sisters (or their descendants), then you may be entitled to all of his estate.
If there are surviving children (or their descendants), you may be entitled to one-third of the estate.
Since your husband died without a will, I would contact a probate attorney who practices in Texas to find out if there are any actions that you need to take to claim heirship.
