You shared what was obviously a confidential management document that had gotten lost or misplaced; in doing so, you inappropriately and without authority disclosed confidential information. It should have been cleat that this was not the sort of information to disclose to other employees. That could easily be held to have been grounds for a "for cause" termation, or a termination for employee wrongdoing. So it is quite plausible that if your employer contests your benefits on those grounds and characterizes this as a for cause termination, that you claim for benefits will be disallowed, because employees do not receive unemployment benefits when they were terminated due to their own wrongdoing.
