As a general rule, only arrests and criminal charges/convictions appear on a background check. A bench warrant is recorded in a different category and typically would not appear in a records check. To be certain, you can consult directly with a local criminal law attorney or run a criminal history check on yourself (you can check online for how to do so in your state).
