No, you can't. You write that you bought the case "as is." "As is" means what it sounds like--you bought the car in whatever shape or condition it was in. That means that it's condition is not legal grounds to get out of the purchase of the car. Not only can you not get your money back, but the seller can sue you for any amounts you owe but do not pay. This is the risk of an "as is" purchase; if not comfortable with those risks, then don't buy "as is" in the future.
