Do I qualify for unemployment?
I quit a previous job and went to a different job that I started on the 27th of last month. I was placed on bedrest due to going into pre-term labor. My current employer 2 weeks after being placed on bedrest decided to separate employment due to being on bedrest and not being able to work. Even though I am not able to work due to being on bedrest can I still apply for unemployment? I am not sure what my options are.

You probably do not qualify for unemployment, since from what you write either you never reported for work or reported for work but then were fired for unauthorized absences (since FMLA and similar leave would not apply in this case, when you had just started a new employer). In the first case, it could be considered a resignation (never showing up); in the second case, it could be considered grounds for termination for cause. Either would preclude you from collecting unemployment insurance.
