Do I need to hire a lawyer if my mother died and I inherited her condo?
I have papers showing I’m now the owner but the property is still in her name as trust holder. I thought the Trust dissolved at her death.

I am assuming you are also the trustee as well as the beneficiary. Trust administration needs to take place, such as depositing the will with the court as well as other duties to comply with statutory requirements in administration of a trust.
