Do I have legal rightsagainst a company thatkeeps calling and harassing me about a payday loan thatI do not owe?

I asked them the send documents and was told to go F myself by one of the reps and by one of the supervisors. This has been going for 9 months; they call every other day. Can I sue?

You can sue, but you probably can't get much in the way of monetary damages or compensation, unless you have suffered some economic injury or loss (e.g. you've lost a job because they called and harassed your workplace) for which you can be compensated. What you could do is to seek injunctive relief, or a court order that they cease contacting you; you *may* also be able to get your legal fees if their behavior is sufficiently egregious or improper, though note that it is rare in the American legal system to get the other side to pay for your legal costs. If you can get an injunction or court order for them to stop and they violate it, they would then be subject to sanctions for contempt of court, including possibly fines or even jail time.
