Do I have a right to evict a friend from my house?
I have a friend living in my house. I have asked to to move out. She said she could move out by the end of last month but now she keeps moving the date.

If your friend has overstayed her "visit" at your home and she is not paying any rent, I would serve her with a 30 day notice of eviction to vacate the premises. Yes, you have the right to evict a friend from your home.
If she does not vacate the premises at the end of this 30 day time period, you will probably need to consult with a landlord tenant attorney about filing an unlawful detainer action against her to have her removed from the premises via court order.
