DO I HAVE A LEGAL GROUND TO STAND ON

I had a problem with how one of my supervisors addressed me so I complained to the president of the company because I felt complaining to Teammate services would fall on deaf ears because they are close friends , soon after I was,suspended and then fired I won my unemployment comp. the mediator agree that there was no reason to fire me so now I seeking Legal advice.

I think you may have a problem trying to get anything more than unemployment, because you bypassed the grievance procedure in your CBA.  The question at your unemployment hearing was whether or not you were fired for cause, because the answer to that was the key there.  However, whether or not you can get your firing itself reversed would be decided under the CBA.
