Do CC&R noise restrictions have to be in accordance with local/city noise restrictions?

My wife and I rent in an 8-10 unit condo building. We recently have started working out and have received a couple noise complaints. The thing is, we never work out past 7pm, no more than 45 minutes at a time, and there is probably less than 10 minutes of actually loud noise making. So, we just wanted to know if we are within our rights working out (admittedly sometimes noisy but again for less than 10 minutes) in the middle of the day?

Condo noise restrictions may be more  restrictive than those of  the community in which the condo is  located. Whatever restrictions are contained in the condo community rules or governing documents should be enforceable--you need to reference those to see what  is permissible.
