What to do if I’m divorced but my ex-husband has never taken my name off the utilities, title or mortgage loan and has refinanced the house?

We divorced 5 years ago and I moved out of the residence we purchased 2 years earlier. However, due to hardships I have moved back into the house; he still resides there (he agreed to the move) but has since given me a 30 day notice. I have never agreed nor signed any documents to these issues. What are my rights and can he throw me and my 4 year old out?

The answer depends on the divorce Order.  If he was awarded the house, then you moved back in later you are only a renter and have no rights to the house.
