Divorced in 1 state, remarried in another.

I recently was divorced in the state of Florida. I went to the hearing and the Judge signed the Final Judgement. Is there a “waiting” period before I can get married to someone else in Nevada?

There is no "remarriage waiting period" in Florida or Nevada.

However, make sure that the judge did not declare a waiting period in your final order of divorce.
