I'm not licensed in your jurisdiction, but my research indicates that limited and full tort insurance options deal with your right to sue someone else if you are injured. If the other party or a lawyer representing them contacts you about the accident, you should contact your insurer. If you get sued, you should immediately send any papers you receive to the insurance company. They should provide you with a lawyer.
