In OK, one of the grounds for divorce is desertion or "abandonment" which must be for a term of 1 year or more. However, OK also allows "no-fault" as a grounds to divorce (i.e. a divorce in which the dissolution of a marriage does not require a showing of wrongdoing by either party).
