Credit Union took money from savings account and paid Credit Card.

My credit union took my savings account and paid on my Credit card account without contacting me . I don’t remember giving them this privilege. I was out of town when this happened. I have had this card for over ten years. We have paid it iff once before. This card was two months behind when they did this.

I need to have some more facts to answer your question.  Was there a judgment entered?  what does the contract with the credit union say?  Are they permitted to tak money without notice.  I would need to have some more information as you have not provided enough for me to give you a response.  Generally, these entities should not be taking money without permission unless they have the right puruant to a contract or a judgment entered against you in court.  Please provide more details.
