Is it a probation violation if a credit card is suing you for payment when you are going through a debt program

I would need to know more details.  What are you on probation for?  What are the terms of the probation? Without knowing this information i cannot respond.  If the credit card debt is unrelated to the probation and is not mentioned in the terms of probation, then i would say that you have nothing to worry about as it is a separte issue.   Nevertheless, you should check with your attorney to confirm the same.  If you do not have a lawyer, try to answer my questions and re-ask your question.
